I have always been an artist. As I child I loved to paint and draw and excelled at it. I attended Syracuse University's School of Visual and Performing Arts and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts there in 1990.

This photo is from the Fifth Avenue Art Gallery in Melbourne, FL where I won Best of Show for the collage "Sunny Side Up" The piece sold, and I was offered a solo exhibition at the gallery the following summer.
